Article 1: Fields of Application and Modification of the General Conditions of Sale. These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed online on this website, Zappiti AV reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. Article 2: Availability of products - Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. Upon receipt of your order, we check the availability of the product(s) ordered. In case of unavailability, we undertake within 30 days from the validation of the order either to deliver the ordered product to you, or to refund it to you. - If one of the products in your order is out of stock: we will ship the rest of your order.


Article 3: Acceptance of the offer - By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have full legal capacity to commit yourself under these general conditions of sale. You will receive by e-mail a confirmation of your order which will include the constituent elements. Our computer records, kept under reasonable security conditions, will provide proof of communications, orders and payments made. We archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium, which can be legally produced as proof.

Article 4: Price - Zappiti AV reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices in force which will have been indicated to you at the time of your order, subject to availability on that date.

Article 5: Terms of Payment and Security - Terms of Payment. You can pay by credit card. Payment is made on the bank's secure server. This implies that no banking information concerning you passes through the Zappiti AV site. Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure; your order will thus be registered and validated as soon as the payment is accepted by the bank. - Security: Your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are never transmitted unencrypted over the network. Payment is made directly to the bank. Zappiti AV has no access to these contact details, and does not keep them on its servers. Delivery time: Your order will be delivered within the time frame indicated below:

2. delivery in the overseas departments: 5 to 7 days (indicative time)
3. delivery in Europe (countries mentioned above): 4 to 8 days (indicative time)
4. delivery to the rest of the world: may take more than 8 days (indicative time)

Article 7: Responsibilities - Zappiti AV cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded on the occasion of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of the postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood, fire. With regard to products purchased to meet professional needs, Zappiti AV will not incur any liability for any consequential damages as a result of these presents, operating loss, loss of profit, damages or costs, which may arise. - The choice and purchase of a product or service are the sole responsibility of the customer. The total or partial impossibility of using the products, in particular due to incompatibility of the equipment, cannot give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or questioning of the liability of Zappiti AV, except in the case of a proven hidden defect, non-conformity, defect or exercise of the right of withdrawal envisaged under article 8. In the event of a hidden defect, you have the choice between canceling the order or keeping the product against a price reduction. - In the event of non-delivery of an order or part of an order, you have a maximum of two months (from the date of departure from our warehouses) to notify you. Beyond this deadline, we will not accept any claim.

Article 8: Right of withdrawal - In accordance with article L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of his order, including in the case of a purchase on credit to inform Zappiti AV of its intention to withdraw to return any item that does not suit it and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs. The product must be returned in good condition, accompanied by all the accessories in its original packaging, and unused (scratched or broken product) and this within 14 days of sending its decision to withdraw. This right to return only applies to products purchased from mainland France and only by mail order. The return costs in the event of withdrawal remain the responsibility of the customer. In case of withdrawal in store, the right of withdrawal cannot apply because the sale will not be made online but directly in store, the payment being validated only at the hand delivery of the product to the customer. Internet booking is not considered mail order. During the withdrawal and before purchase, the customer can request a material test in store of the product reference reserved on display. However, the reimbursement period may be extended until the date of recovery of the goods or until the consumer has provided proof of the shipment of the goods. In accordance with the "Consumer Code: articles L121-21 to L121-21-8: Right of withdrawal applicable to contracts concluded at a distance", in the event of a dispute with Zappiti AV, it is up to the consumer to prove that he has complied with the withdrawal period. 8.1 - Lack of conformity: In accordance with articles L.211-1 to L212-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has three options in the event of non-compliance: repair, replacement or reimbursement. 8.2 - Hidden defect, defect: In the event of a hidden defect of which Zappiti AV was unaware of the defects, or of a defect for a period of 2 years, the costs incurred by the sale will be reimbursed if these are proven by the consumer before a competent legal authority. 8.3 - 60-day withdrawal: Some products benefit from a right of withdrawal of 60 days instead of 14 days following the sending of the decision to withdraw. This exceptional withdrawal period is limited to one referral per customer. In the case of a second dismissal, the period will be limited to 14 days as provided for in the consumer code. 8.4 - In the event of sale outside the European Union, local taxes payable by the customer may apply.

ATTENTION: the right of withdrawal is very strict.
- Only individuals have the right of withdrawal. If you registered a professional billing address when placing your order, you do not have this right.
- You have the right to unpack your product, plug it in to check that it is working normally, BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE IT.
- The product must be returned to us COMPLETE, CLEAN, WELL PACKAGED. If you have damaged the original packaging upon opening (excessively torn cardboard for example), if the appearance of the product is damaged or scratched or if an accessory is missing, THE RETURN WILL BE REFUSED.
- If you add tape to the original box of the product, THE RETURN WILL BE REFUSED.
- If the product respects all its instructions, but it arrives damaged at our premises, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE and the RETURN WILL BE REFUSED.

It includes the costs of returns but the shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. For any return of a product under warranty, the consumer must send an email to contact@zappiti.com. A return form to be completed will then be returned to the consumer. The consumer also has legal rights. The commercial guarantee does not preclude the rights linked to the legal guarantee of conformity linked to the contract (see article 8.1).

Second hand products

The warranty applies to second-hand products in the same way as new products. The warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase.
